We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in US. This is a very hands-on role where the Implementation Specialist will work closely with customers business and IT teams to design and deliver SolveDirects service management and B2B integration solutions. This position is based in Sunnyvale, CA and reports to the Delivery Director.
The Ideal candidate should have a mix of customer focus, business acumen and hands-on experience to deliver technology and business solutions.
