Senior Sales Executive - Eastern US


SolveDirect, a high growth leader in cloud-based IT Service Management integration solutions, is hiring.   Our solutions help large service providers and enterprises reduce Mean Time To Resolution by up to 25% while reducing operational costs via B2B integration and process automation. We are experiencing double digit growth as we expand our business into the world’s largest telephony, networking, manufacturing and Managed Service Provider ecospheres.

SolveDirect is seeking an experience Senior Sales Executive for the Eastern US territory to join our growing team.  The Senior Sales Executive will help drive revenue by selling to IT vendors, systems integrators, managed service and cloud providers, and large enterprises. You will have green field reference selling opportunities with global companies that are already using our solutions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive customer acquisition and adoption of SolveDirect technology within targeted accounts and their eco-sphere of business partners and customers
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and achieve/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for licenses, subscriptions and professional services
  • Manage complex full-cycle sales opportunities often presenting to C-level executives
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through engagement of sales engineers, professional services, executives and partners
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Strategize, negotiate and close business
  • Some travel required in the U.S.
  • Reports to the VP Sales

 

Ideal Background

 

  • 6+ years enterprise software sales - ideally with experience in the IT service management or B2B integration space  
  • Complex solution, consultative and strategic selling to C-Level executives and senior IT decision makers
  • Proven track record of qualifying sales opportunities, cultivating a robust pipeline, closing business and outperforming quota
  • Direct and indirect sales experience required
  • Knowledge of Internet architecture or infrastructure
  • Enterprise Software-as-a-Service sales experience is highly desired
  • Excellent presentation, customer awareness and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • International work experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
