Academy - Configuration SolveDirect BRIDGE

The aim of the “Configuration SolveDirect BRIDGE” training is to learn how call transactions are implemented and extended by using the SolveDirect BRIDGE.

 

During the training each participant will create sample communications using different communication types (SOAP, e-mail).

Topics:

  • Understand how SolveDirect BRIDGE works.
  • Create MessageRules to for email and SOAP based call transactions.
  • Control inbound calls via control tags.
  • Control parent/child and subcall behavior via templates.
