Service integration at the highest level
"The Next Level of Service Integration" - this described the new ITSM integration solutions SolveDirect ServiceGrid introduced by Martin Bittner, CEO and Marcus Oppitz, CTO on October 6th, 2011 for 60 attendees. The value of ServiceGrid was supported by arguments from the presenting companies Cisco, Siemens Enterprise Communications, NextiraOne and Conergy, who rely on the technology of SolveDirect. They provided facts, figures and insights for their individual requirements, in which many participants could relate. The result: Consistently positive feedback and strong interest in our innovative new solution!
