Objective: In that training the participants learn how service management processes can be implemented and extended. The participants understand CallSystems and are able to customize, design and implement a typical incident workflow as well as different list and detail setups. Besides, the participants get knowledge for Outbound Message Rules (email) for notifications and escalations.
