Administrator Academy - on request:

 

Objective: The participant will be able to manage master data like user, organisation, location, device and contract data and to design, customize and implement different list and detail setups.

 

Prerequisite: none

 

Content of the course:
  • Overview of modules and functions of the SolveDirect application
  • Administration of lists, forms and users

Duration: 1,5 days

 

 

 

WorkflowBuilder Academy:

 

Objective: In this training, participants will learn how service management processes can be implemented and extended. The participants will understand CallSystems and be able to customize, design and implement a typical incident workflow as well as different list and detail setups. In addition, participants will learn the Outbound Message Rules (email) for notifications and escalations.

 

Prerequisite: none

 

Content of the course:
  • Overview of modules and functions of the SolveDirect application
  • Administration of lists and forms
  • Creation, modification and automation of basic workflows

Duration: 3 days

 

 

 

BridgeBuilder Academy - on request:

 

Objective: The aim of the BridgeBuilder training is to learn how call transactions work and can be set up using the SolveDirect BRIDGE. The participant is able to setup and customize mail-based bridge-connection (inbound and outbound) as well as https post-based and https soap-based bridge connections (inbound and outbound).

 

Prerequisite: Basis XML knowledge

 

Content of the course:
  • Setup of mail based system connections
  • Setup of https post based system connections
  • Extended use and administration of SolveDirect BRIDGE
 
Duration: 2 days

 

 

 

 

System Manager Academy - on request:

 

Objective: The participant can customize, design and implement a typical incident workflow, various lists and detailed setups and has knowledge of Outbound Message Rules. In addition, he knows how to create dashboards with the module SD.cockpit and how to implement and use knowledge management with SD.dialog.

  • Creation, modification and automation of basic workflows
  • Generation and automated distribution of outbound-messagerules
  • Creation and implementation of dashboards with SD.cockpit
