Implementation of SD.bridge

SD.connect is a structured planned project development to establish the connection between the system of a service customer or service supplier and the SolveDirect platform. The SD.connect project starts with a kick-off meeting and will close with the launch of live operation.

The specification phase includes

1. Define the basis data
such as company master data, service contracts, service levels, users, and permissions

2. Define the code tables
such as status codes, priority codes, etc.

3. Select the desired types of transactions
such as CallOpen, CallUpdate, and CallClose

4. Define the necessary and corresponding fields in unitary transactions

5. Choose the syntax (XML, NVP, etc.)

6. Define the procedures for handling errors and the necessary error messages

7. Choose the transport protocols

8. Choose the appropriate network protocols
